Some time ago, I had to shoot Anne for a magazine editorial. Both of us being exhausted from other previous engagements that day even before we started shooting, we strangely breezed through it and came up with something quite nice. I've always admired real actors, professionals, the ones that just churn it out no matter how tired or whatever else state they are in and do the job, and do it well. She's one of 'em.
After the shoot, we find ourselves in the studio garage and ended up taking more pictures. I never liked the diagonally oriented frame but for some reason, the discomfort of being in front of the camera (at the time) clearly showing on my mug while being photographed makes me somewhat forget my aversion towards this manner of composition and find myself liking the picture. I'm assuming she was quite happy with how the afternoon turned out as well (as the former photograph shows), or she could just be a really really good actor playing a part. My money is on the former.
