| A simple meatball surgery kind of operation with an iPad and a cheap-ass USB powered scanner. |
Yet another use for an iPad when no-time-for-proofsheets-because-I'm-a-lazy-fucker is the order of the day. This simple system of scanning with a glorified paperweight such as this piece-of-shit flatbed scanner will not do anything properly, in fact, what this method will end up doing is give you uncontrollably glorious unfocused images for the most part, give you such inconsistent results which depend on how crap your scanning software is (we recommend ScanGear Starter 1.1), and despite all efforts, your actual negatives will be irrevocably scratched, twisted, torn and/or burnt to hell (if you are a smoker), making the state of your film (post scanning) completely belie the careful temperature controlled love you gave while processing them.
Only craptastilicious images much like these will be your reward.
You will not be awesome. You will not get laid. You might question the little photography self-esteem you have left. Your negatives will be rendered almost completely useless. But you will kick Hipstamatic ass all fucking day.
