Shopping Cart

I saw this shopping cart at the foot of a ramp at a local mall, and as soon as I had my phone in my pocket after taking this, a security guard pops up from the top of the ramp (which is over the cart) and rudely tells me I should not have and I'd need a permit to photograph this cart. A permit? To take a picture of a shopping cart with my mobile phone? I suppose it makes sense to him, and more sense to the people that told him to say it.

So anyway, humoring him, I ask politely if he could then point me in the direction of where to get this permit (which prompted him to put on the stupid security guard face) coupled with unintelligible monosyllabic grunts.
I think the bastard noticed I was inching my phone out of my pocket again, and I assume he knew I was going to photograph him next, and he won't be able to do anything about it, so he left quite abruptly (and conveniently out of my line of sight, being on top of the fucking ramp), all before I double-clicked the home screen button.

This situation isn't new. I have nothing to really contribute to this old argument other than showing that it does happen quite a lot.
